Cacao is sacred medicine that helps open your heart chakra and fosters deep meaningful connection especially when used in ceremony. Enjoy a beautifully and intentionally prepared cacao while I facilitate you through heart opening practices. In this beautiful space, we create sisterhood and community to feel loved, be seen and to be witnessed by one another. This space focuses on meeting our shadows and integrating them so we can awaken the Goddess within and come to a place of unconditional self-love and unshakeable self-worth. Various tools and healing modalities such as dance, shaking, laughter, arts and journaling will be used in this ceremonial space.
